    酒店產(chǎn)品深度：指每一項服務(wù)中又能提供多少品種，如酒店套房中又可以分為總統(tǒng)套房、豪華套房和一般商務(wù)套房等，酒店中餐廳能提供多少種不同菜系口味的菜肴，多少種酒水飲料。
    拓寬產(chǎn)品線的廣度，可以完善酒店的功能，提高整個酒店的整體綜合實力，加長產(chǎn)品線長度，可以滿足更多不同層次需求的顧客。注意的是一定要考慮產(chǎn)品線與產(chǎn)品線之間的關(guān)聯(lián)程度，關(guān)聯(lián)度太高會造成經(jīng)營浪費，需要整合，關(guān)聯(lián)度太低，酒店投入的人財物力會分散，增加了成本和管理的難度。
