酒店參加展覽會(huì)時(shí)要考慮的因素有哪些?
    參加展覽會(huì)是酒店最重要的促銷方式之一,也是酒店開辟新市場(chǎng)的首選方式。通過參加展覽會(huì),酒店可以迅速、全面地了解市場(chǎng)行情。許多酒店正是借助展覽會(huì)這個(gè)渠道,向客戶推出新品牌設(shè)計(jì)和新產(chǎn)品的,同時(shí)通過與各地買家的接觸,定位客戶群體,了解行業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),最終達(dá)到推銷產(chǎn)品、占領(lǐng)市場(chǎng)的目的。
選擇展覽會(huì)
    目前,可供酒店參加的旅游博覽會(huì)、展銷會(huì)很多,酒店在選擇展覽會(huì)時(shí),應(yīng)結(jié)合參展目的考慮以下幾個(gè)因素:
   (1)每個(gè)展覽會(huì)都有不同的性質(zhì),酒店應(yīng)結(jié)合自身需要,謹(jǐn)慎選擇。
   (2)展覽會(huì)的知名度越高,吸引的參展商和買家就越多,成交的可能性也越大。如果參加的是一個(gè)新的展覽會(huì),則要看主辦者是誰(shuí),在行業(yè)中的號(hào)召力如何。名氣大的展覽會(huì)往往收費(fèi)較高,為節(jié)省費(fèi)用,可與人合租展位,即便如此,效果也會(huì)好于參加那些不知名的小展覽會(huì)。
   (3)現(xiàn)代展覽業(yè)的一大特點(diǎn)是日趨專業(yè)化,同一主題的展覽會(huì)可細(xì)分為許多小的專業(yè)展。同一行業(yè)的展覽會(huì),其具體的展出內(nèi)容可能大不相同。酒店事先一定要了解清楚,以免“誤入歧途”。
   (4)產(chǎn)品生命周期包括導(dǎo)入、成長(zhǎng)、成熟、衰退四個(gè)階段。展出效率與產(chǎn)品生命周期之間有一定的規(guī)律。在導(dǎo)入和成長(zhǎng)階段,展會(huì)有事辦功倍的效果;在成熟階段,展出的效果可能事倍功半;到了衰退階段,展出往往會(huì)勞而無功。
   (5)參加展覽會(huì)的最終目的是為了向該地區(qū)推銷產(chǎn)品,所以一定要研究展覽會(huì)的主辦地及周邊輻射地區(qū)是否自己的目標(biāo)市場(chǎng),是否有潛在購(gòu)買力。
